The Challenge
Many women lack access to education, skills training, and employment opportunities. This limits their ability to contribute financially and achieve independence. Social barriers and lack of resources further restrict their growth.
Our Approach
We provide skill development programs tailored to local needs, enabling women to learn practical and marketable skills. Training is combined with mentorship and support systems to help participants build confidence and pursue income-generating opportunities.
What We Did
We conducted workshops in areas such as tailoring, handicrafts, and digital skills. Participants were provided with tools and resources to start small businesses. We also connected them with local markets and platforms to sell their products.
The impact
